Background
A model management agency based in New York sought to transfer their outdated desktop application to a contemporary web-based platform. The agency required the portal to possess capabilities such as model management, package management, and CRM. Furthermore, the portal must be accessible securely to the agency’s clients, enabling them to perform various tasks, such as reviewing and responding to packages and browsing model portfolios.
Solution
Our team assisted the agency in constructing the portal by transferring all existing data, including numerous photographs, into a reorganized format within the new platform. We separated certain backend functions of the portal into microservices, such as email, photo, and image processing. Additionally, we integrated the portal with third-party services to enhance the user experience and facilitate data integration, such as the Google Maps API.
